Data controller

ABE Consulting is the controller of the data collected through this site. For any question, contact us at contact@scalabe.com.

Data collected

The contact form collects required fields (name, company, email, description of the need, indicative budget) and optional fields you may choose to fill in or not (phone, how you currently operate, project type, desired timeline). No optional field is required for your enquiry to be handled.

Purpose

This data is used solely to review your enquiry and reply to you. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Two distinct legal bases apply to different aspects of the processing: your consent, collected explicitly when the form is submitted, covers the collection and processing of the information you send us. Scalabe's legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated yourself separately covers contacting you back on the basis of that information.

Recipients and subprocessors

The data is sent to ABE Consulting through our transactional email provider, Resend. The site itself is hosted on a private server at Hostinger. Where the Plausible analytics measurement is active, that tool collects neither cookies nor IP addresses. The server-side technical logs described below are separate from it. No other distribution takes place.

Retention period

Enquiries received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. In addition to the email, each enquiry is also recorded in an internal technical backup file (not publicly accessible, not shared, and not a commercial management tool) for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is deleted.

Technical site logs

Independently of the form, the server records the pages that are viewed for technical diagnostics and a basic measure of the pages viewed. Each entry contains the date and time, the IP address passed on by the server, the path of the page viewed, the browser used and, where present, the page the link came from.

Purpose — these entries serve site security, technical diagnostics and a basic count of the pages viewed.

Data recorded — each entry contains exactly five items: the date and time, the IP address reported by the server, the path of the page viewed, the browser used (user-agent) and, where applicable, the referring page (referrer). Nothing else is recorded. Parameters in a page address (anything after a "?") never are.

Legal basis — ABE Consulting's legitimate interest in keeping its site secure and working correctly (GDPR article 6.1.f). This mechanism runs entirely server-side: it neither reads nor writes anything on your device, places no cookie or other tracker, and is therefore not subject to tracker consent. It is used neither for advertising profiling nor for individual tracking, and it is separate from the audience measurement described below: declining audience measurement does not shift that tracking onto these logs.

Retention — 30 days, after which entries are deleted automatically. These logs are kept on ABE Consulting's server, are not publicly accessible and are shared with no third party. You may object to this processing by writing to contact@scalabe.com.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise it, contact us at contact@scalabe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site places no cookies. Only two items are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage): your privacy choice and, should you change it, your display theme. They contain no identifier, no IP address, and are shared with no one. They are necessary for the site to work — without the first, your refusal could not be remembered.

This site may use a privacy-respecting analytics solution (Plausible), which works without cookies and without collecting personally identifiable data. It is loaded only after your explicit acceptance: until you accept the “Audience measurement” category, no request is sent to that service. If you decline, or later withdraw your acceptance, the tool is not loaded and no event is sent.

You can change this choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Should the tools in use change, your consent would be requested again.
